A&K are the type of couple that any…and I repeat, any…wedding vendor would want. They were absolute sweethearts and put 100% of their trust into all the professionals that they carefully hand selected for their big day. Including us! We were so very fortunate to have created such a wonderful bond with them by designing all their décor and floral needs and coordinating their big day after all the hard work they did planning. There is nothing quite like working with the most amazing couple, amazing vendors, amazing wedding party, and guests. This wedding was goals on goals!
What wedding day doesn’t begin with a bottles and bowties?
The moment when it sinks in that today is your big day!
Looking dapper, gentlemen!
Perfect little boutonnieres to match such handsome suits they have
The crème de la creme of detail shots right here…bouquet, shoes, and invitation. How gorgeous is this?
Loving the gold on gold of the dresses and the shoes
Patiently getting her hair and makeup done, waiting for the moment when she can see her future hubby today!
The gents weren’t the only ones popping bubbles while getting ready for the day!
After a dreamy first look, the squad all got together for their formal photos before the ceremony. Loving the colors against this September Vancouver landscape!
The brides bouquet was a lush mix of garden roses, anemone, roses, lisianthus, ranunculus, veronica, and greenery. One of our favorites of the whole season!
Train goals. Veil goals. Bouquet goals. Just all of it!
After plenty of photo time before the ceremony, I think these two are about ready to be husband and wife!
Such perfect decor for this popular ceremony location! The greenery and white floral garland draped through the big tree was a perfect dramatic accent!
When two families become one– always loved mixed seating instead of assigning sides
This ceremony was one for the books…tears, laughter, and everything in between!
Married! And my favorite photos of the whole album!! I melt each time I see it
After the ceremony, the wedding party took advantage of their glam lounge setup for a quick GQ style group photo. All the family photos were taken here as well – something fun and different instead of traditional standing group shots!
The grooms aunt is a talented baker; a gold cake and sugar cookie favors were the best wedding gifts!
Minimalist centerpieces with lots of candlelight made a statement at this wedding. The tables alternated between three different centerpieces – some included unique geometric terrariums!
The head table was harvest style, with the bride and groom sharing a cute loveseat at the head. A garland of greenery and white florals laced in between candles in the middle of the table, down the front, and washed over a vignette of lanterns and candles.
The speeches that evening were incredible! The bride and groom could not have been more thankful for everyone around them and all the love they had in front of them.
Cake cutting before the dancing festivities begin!
They danced the night away after the most romantic first dance we’ve seen. Thank you, A&K, for allowing us to play a magical part in your big day!
