Earlier this year, we participated in our annual wedding show…the Hush Soiree hosted by Terminal City Club. It is one of our favorite shows to participate in as a local Vancouver wedding planner, designer and florist. We took this opportunity to partner up with Brooklyn D Photography and some incredibly talented artists who were part of the wedding show (full list at the end of this post!) to create a beautiful style shoot. We had a blast creating two gorgeous setups, including a dreamy lounge setup and a decadent chuppah and tablescape.
Our lounge setup featured a blush rose flower wall, large garden arrangements, and white furniture.
Coffee table details were all about richness in the mixed metals paired with fresh blooms.
Whimsical garden inspiration for these arrangements!
A little bit of branches to embrace the natural feel.
How perfect are these roses?
Can you imagine this as your picture perfect lounge setup for your wedding or event?
Our love for shoes never fades – loving the sparkle!
Our beautiful model was done up by our friends at Save the Date Beauty who did a flawless job!
Light, airy, garden bouquets are all the craze, and we absolutely loved the design we made for this shoot.
Silk ribbons are a must! Especially when your bouquet is part of so many photos on your big day.
The dress by Kathryn Bass was an absolute beauty! The perfect dress for any bride.
Blush drapes were used to create the chuppah to create a soft, romantic feel.
Real greenery, vines, branches, roses, and garden flowers were used to create these custom arrangements that tied back the blush drapes.
A hanging centerpiece is quite a masterpiece and serious wow factor!
Among the fresh greenery and blooms, lanterns were added for more warm lighting.
A natural hanging garden – how lavish!
The matching stationery was designed by Stationery Bike Designs, and featured a digital watercolor theme on linen paper.
Details are in the place settings.
This tablescape featured several individual arrangements that combined together to create one full concept, with plenty of candlelight from candlesticks and votives.
Loving the natural pastel garden tones!
The centerpiece cascaded over each side of the table, to vignettes of lanterns and candles for a full, dramatic finish.
Special chair adornments completed the tablescape. Wouldn’t you love to be a guest at this table?
